Refund Policy

Overview

The Atelier Noir operates with intention. Each piece is selected to hold its place.

If something arrives not as expected, we will review it carefully and resolve it where appropriate.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • Returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Include your order number and a brief description. Instructions will follow.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Fragrances that have been opened or used

  • Personal-use items where hygiene is a factor

  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once the return is received and reviewed, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original piece if eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description

  • Clear images of the issue

We will review and resolve it accordingly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as returned items remain your responsibility until received.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after confirmation:

  • Check with your payment provider

  • Contact your bank or card issuer

Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
